该职位来源于猎聘 About Luna Socks: Luna Socks is a fast-growing e-commerce startup that sells personalized socks for pet lovers. Our unique offering allows customers to upload images of their beloved pets to our website, where we print them onto high-quality socks. To further grow in the English-speaking world, we are looking for a Global Trade Operations Internship who joins our team in our Shanghai office.

 Supports the international trade activities, ensuring smooth export processes and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

 Communicate with all international customers via emails in English, daily working language is English and Chinese.

 Assisting in creating and managing purchase orders; Supply Chain Management.  Communicating with local suppliers and international clients to manage orders and shipments, ensure timely delivery of goods.

 Communicating with logistics suppliers to track shipments and resolve any issue.

 Organize related documents and report to supervisor.  Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by supervisor.  Current university students ( senior year preferred).  Good knowledge on foreign trading, major in international trading, logistics, e-commerce is preferred  English requirement: CET-6, English reading and writing must be fluent  Proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e. MS Word, MS Excel & Email  Some knowledge in logistics and international trading is an asset  Reliable, integrity, honest, diligent, good communication and interpersonal skills  Available to work about 3-5 days per week, with a duration of 3 months, start from November 2024  Hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup with global ambitions.  Opportunity to work in an international environment and gain exposure to global markets.
