Randstad, in partnership with our client, is looking for a talented and collaborative Global Training & Education Project Manager to join a world-class team in Bothell, WA! Key Role Highlights

• Location: Bothell, WA (On-site / Local)
• Contract Duration: 6-Month Assignment (Coverage for a critical maternity leave)
• Pay Rate: Up to $59.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of relevant experience, OR a Master’s degree (entry-level Master's graduates welcome!)
• Focus Area: Multi-discipline project execution, NPI (New Product Introduction) deliverables, and stakeholder management

What You’ll Be Doing

• End-to-End Ownership: Initiate, plan, and execute multi-disciplinary projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Guide and inspire diverse, cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and innovative problem-solving.
• Strategic Alignment: Monitor project business cases, align deliverables with overall organizational strategy, and capture business value.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong, trust-based relationships across departments to manage expectations, mitigate risks, and proactively solve challenges.
• Best Practices: Utilize recognized Project Management standards (including PMBOK, SAFe, and established process frameworks) to ensure excellence at every turn.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience:
• With a Bachelor’s degree: Minimum 2+ years of experience in project management or business strategy.
• With a Master’s degree: Open to high-potential candidates looking to launch their career!
• Core Competencies: Strong emotional intelligence, customer-centric mindset, risk management, servant leadership orientation, and excellent change management skills.
• Bonus: Background or familiarity with PM Foundation certifications or agile/SAFe environments is a plus!
