Global Treasury Manager

Role overview

The role is responsible for managing treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and process improvement. The position is required to work closely and collaborate with multiple country treasury and finance teams to ensure accuracy, visibility, and efficient global cash positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead fortnightly cash flow forecasting and reporting to executive management.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual forecasts of global cash balances.
• Collaborate with country treasury and finance heads to analyze cash flows and improve forecast accuracy.
• Control and review submissions made by countries in the TMS (Treasury Management System), leveraging automation, forecasting, and dashboard capabilities.
• Continuously improve cash forecasting reports to enhance visibility and enable data-driven decision-making.

Qualification & Experience

• CA / CMA / MBA(Finance) with 4 to 5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in treasury or cash management within a multinational organization, (preferred manufacturing sector experience).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial reporting and data analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
