Global Treasury Solutions Analyst

About the job:

This role sits at the intersection of Treasury, Finance, and Digital teams, supporting the design, optimisation, and implementation of Treasury processes and solutions across Opella's global operations.

Working with stakeholders across multiple markets, you will help translate business requirements into effective solutions, improve Treasury processes, and support the delivery of technology initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.

You will:

• Support initiatives that strengthen Treasury operations and digital transformation.
• Partner with Treasury and Finance stakeholders to improve processes and ways of working.
• Translate business needs into practical and scalable solutions.
• Contribute to global projects that improve efficiency, controls, and user experience.
• Help build a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Main responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business requirements to support Treasury systems, processes, and transformation initiatives.
• Support the assessment and optimisation of Treasury processes, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, payments, and banking operations.
• Document business requirements, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications for solution delivery teams.
• Contribute to solution design, testing, and deployment activities to ensure business needs are met.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and validation of Treasury solutions.
• Analyse Treasury data and provide insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and continuous improvement.

About you:

• Experience in Treasury, Finance Operations, Treasury Systems, Business Analysis, or a related Finance function.
• Understanding of Treasury processes such as cash management, payments, bank connectivity, liquidity management, or financial risk management.
• Experience supporting business process improvements, system implementations, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
• Comfortable working with data, process documentation, and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
