- 跨國溝通與協調：主持全球性英文會議，協調各區域 HR 負責人與業務主管，確保全球政策的統一性與執行效力。
- 多方利益相關者協調：擔任總部與各區域/廠區主管間的溝通樞紐，解決專案執行中的資源分配與優先順序衝突。
- 跨國專案調度：管理跨時區的專案進度，確保各項 HR 舉措（如薪酬調整、招聘專案、系統導入）在各點同步落實。
- 數據分析與匯報：彙整全球人力資本數據，以全英文撰寫分析報告並向全球管理層（C-suite）進行簡報，提供決策建議。
