Global Warehouse

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, storage utilization, and warehouse cost control.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs, analyze operational performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with overseas warehouse teams, logistics, planning, finance, and other related functions to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage 3PL performance, monitor service levels, and coordinate corrective actions when required.
• Support ERP/WMS implementation, process improvements, and standardization of warehouse operations across regions.
• Prepare operational reports, identify risks, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, regional logistics, or 3PL management.
• Experience coordinating warehouse operations across multiple countries is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, warehouse KPIs, and cost optimization.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and warehouse performance reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving, coordination, communication, and continuous improvement skills.
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, for effective communication with overseas teams and service providers.
• Proactive, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively with multicultural teams.
