What they need

Seniority Level:

AB InBev is seeking a Global Warehouse Fleet Manager for our Logistics Operations team in Switzerland.

At the heart of our dynamic global growth is a simple belief: nothing should come between incredibly talented people and an accelerated career. That is why we dream big. Why we look to the future, not the past. Why we value talent over title. And why we hire people that can be better than ourselves. At AB InBev you’ll join a driven team that shares your desire to grow, your courage to challenge and commitment to act. In return, we will reward your achievements. The opportunity is here. Make it yours!

Purpose: The Global Warehouse Fleet Manager is responsible for optimizing the performance, utilization, and total cost of ownership of a global fleet of warehouse material handling equipment across AB InBev Breweries and Distribution Centers. This role leverages telematics, operational data, and financial analysis to improve asset productivity, challenge fleet size requirements, and guide capital investment decisions. Through strong cross functional collaboration and influence, the role establishes global fleet management standards, drives cost savings, and enhances fleet governance across all zones.

The role:

  • Develop and lead the global strategy for warehouse fleet optimization across owned and leased material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, AGVs, etc).
  • Utilize telematics and operational data to improve asset utilization and productivity.
  • Conduct fleet rightsizing analysis through benchmarking, historical data, and future volume planning.
  • Identify and deliver opportunities to reduce fleet ownership, leasing, maintenance, and operating costs to improve total cost of ownership (TCO).
  • Evaluate fleet investment requests and provide recommendations for capital allocation based on utilization, operational requirements, and financial returns.
  • Validate financial business cases, including investment costs, savings opportunities, ROI and payback in alignment with Global Finance policies.
  • Work closely with Global Procurement and fleet suppliers to improve fleet performance and costs.
  • Support strategic fleet related initiatives and ensure alignment with broader warehouse productivity and operational excellence objectives.
  • Maintain and enhance the Global Technical Specifications for warehouse material handling equipment in collaboration with Safety and Warehouse teams.
  • Explore and implement innovative solutions for equipment optimization in collaboration with the Warehouse Automation Manager.

Who we’re looking for:

  • University degree in a relevant field e.g. Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in warehouse capacity planning, industrial engineering, warehouse engineering, supply chain strategy, network design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing or optimizing material handling equipment fleets, including forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, or similar assets.
  • Strong experience utilizing telematics platforms and fleet analytics to drive operational and financial improvements.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, total cost of ownership evaluation, and CAPEX business case development.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience developing reporting and performance dashboards using Power BI or similar visualization tools.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders across multiple functions and regions in a global organization.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution across global stakeholders.
  • Languages: English (intermediate-advanced); Spanish/Portuguese preferred.

What We Offer At AB InBev, your ambition meets limitless opportunities. Here, your ideas can transform not only your career but also our business.

  • A meritocratic culture where your efforts are recognized and rewarded.
  • Opportunities for global networking, skill development, and career growth.
  • A diverse and inclusive environment where collaboration and innovation thrive.
  • The chance to be creative, take ownership, and drive impactful change.

We Dream Big If you dream big but don’t meet every requirement listed, we still encourage you to apply. You might just be the perfect fit to help us create a future with more cheers.
