Global Working Capital & Capex Controller

This is a central controlling role, responsible for the globally consistent management and transparent reporting of Working Capital and CAPEX performance based on standardized KPIs, accounting principles, reporting, and target-setting processes.

YOUR TASKS

• Define, maintain, and further develop global KPI, accounting, and controlling standards for Working Capital and CAPEX, including the preparation of related guidelines and ensuring their consistent application across all regions and locations.
• Manage global reporting and performance measurements for Working Capital and CAPEX, including the analysis and evaluation of target achievement, deviations, and key performance drivers, as well as management-oriented preparation of results.
• Develop and manage a globally standardized target-setting process for Working Capital and CAPEX, including methodological requirements, coordination, validation, and consolidation of targets.
• Develop a standardized CAPEX Business Case Template for CVS based on the existing AG template and prepare the related guidance in coordination with Operations Controlling. Review and validate CAPEX business cases and monitor the actual development of approved investments against the underlying business cases.
• Act as Business Partner for the global Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Sales, and Industrial Engineering functions on all Working Capital and CAPEX-related controlling matters.

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a comparable qualification.
• Relevant professional experience in Accounting or Controlling, with a strong understanding of balance sheet-related topics, particularly Working Capital and CAPEX.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across regions, locations, and functions.
• Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong IT skills, particularly in SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Structured, analytical, and independent working approach.
