Gloopii is looking for a friendly, energetic, creative, and outgoing Member / Retail Associate to join our team! This is more than a traditional retail position—you’ll be helping customers create memorable slime experiences while being part of a fun, interactive, and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll DoCustomer Experience & Slime Activities

• Greet every customer with enthusiasm and provide a fun, welcoming experience
• Help customers choose products and create their own custom slime
• Demonstrate slime techniques, add-ins, textures, and customization options
• Assist customers at our DIY Slime Bar and DIY Slime Food Café Bar (non-edible)
• Help facilitate slime-making classes, workshops, birthday parties, and special events
• Make sure every customer leaves with a positive and memorable experience

Content & Social Media

• Participate in fun, engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
• Help film slime demonstrations, trends, challenges, product features, and behind-the-scenes content
• Be comfortable appearing on camera and interacting naturally with customers and the team
• Bring creative ideas that can help make Gloopii’s content more entertaining and engaging

Customer Communication

• Answer customer questions in person, online, by phone, and through social media
• Help resolve customer concerns in a friendly and professional manner
• Communicate Gloopii’s fun, welcoming, and creative personality in every interaction

Store Operations

• Restock and organize slime, squishies, supplies, and other merchandise
• Help maintain attractive product displays and activity stations
• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for customers throughout the day
• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and general store responsibilities
• Stay productive and engaged during slower periods

Team & Events

• Work closely with the team to create new slime ideas, activities, and customer experiences
• Assist with parties, workshops, special events, and promotional activities
• Help create an exciting atmosphere that keeps customers coming back
• Take initiative and contribute ideas to improve the Gloopii experience

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, energetic, and comfortable talking to customers
• Creative and genuinely excited about slime and hands-on activities
• Comfortable working in a busy, interactive retail environment
• Confident appearing in videos and participating in social media content
• Comfortable using TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or similar platforms
• A strong communicator who works well with children, families, and adults
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work as part of a team
• Able to multitask while maintaining excellent customer service
• Willing to jump in wherever help is needed
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and busy periods

Retail, customer service, event, childcare, entertainment, or social media experience is a plus—but attitude, personality, and willingness to learn matter just as much.
