Role & responsibilities

Oversee the entire production process, including raw material handling, clinker firing,

grinding, and cement packing to ensure optimal output and quality standards.

• Monitor production KPIs like capacity utilization, yield, and downtime to identify areas

for improvement.

• Implement process optimization strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.

Manage maintenance budgets and ensure timely procurement of spare parts. Implement quality control procedures to identify and address any quality issues

Champion a strong safety culture within the plant, enforcing safety protocols and

conducting regular safety training.

Preferred candidate profile: Required only cement industry candidate, also graduates with chemical engineering
