- Proven track record in concentrator projects in copper or copper gold project in China and overseas. -Solid experience in Operation management of smelting plant or concentrator plants or similar. -International Operation management spanning on processing, TSF, safety mindset. -Systematic and thorough in ensuring the plant runs at high capacity end to end; can enforce operational discipline. -Preferrable solid experience in CIL or HL
