Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day resort operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
• Handle guest relationships, enquiries, feedback, and complaint resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and other business associates.
• Drive sales, business development, and repeat bookings.
• Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and other departments.
• Monitor guest experience, service quality, and operational standards.
• Handle daily reporting and coordinate with management on important operational matters.
• Support revenue generation and achieve assigned business targets.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in resort/hotel operations, sales, or relationship management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and guest-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of local market and business development.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.
• Candidate should be willing to stay at the resort.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
