GM Estate Management (Subang, West Java)

• Direct and oversee the availability, efficiency, and regulatory compliance of essential utilities including water, electricity, gas, telecommunications, and waste management.
• Monitor and evaluate to ensure the improvement of infrastructure, facilities, and area’s safety
• Oversee and maintain any activities related to occupational safety, health and environment (HSE) in the whole estate area.
• Identify opportunities and analyze executive long-term strategic plans for estate improvements and development to enhance property value and cost saving energy.
• Prepare and manage the operational budget and cost control to ensure efficient implementation
• Oversee and ensure the availability of essential facilities for tenants.
• Coordinate and maintain strong relations with all external and internal stakeholders related to the Industrial Estate.

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any relevant major, Master Degree is a plus
• At least 8 years of experience in Property, or min 5 years of experience in managerial level
• Preferably having experience of Estate Management in Industrial Estate
• Strong knowledge regarding estate management, HSE, and government regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skill
• Proficient in English (Verbal & Written)
