* MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
* 12 - 18 years of progressive HR experience
* Minimum 5 years in a senior HR leadership role
* Experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Construction, Manufacturing, EPC, or Project-Based Organisations preferred
* Strong exposure to PMS, Talent Management, Change Management, HR Analytics, and Organisation Development
* Ability to partner with business leaders and drive organisational outcomes
