About the role

This role involves overall management and operational oversight of a mall, including achievement of business targets and service quality standards. The position requires strategic development of the mall to increase traffic, occupancy, revenue, and profitability, along with tenant relationship management and identification of new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall mall operations and ensure achievement of business targets and service quality
• Develop and implement mall development strategies to increase traffic, occupancy, revenue, and profitability
• Manage and maintain tenant relationships, including negotiation, renewal, and resolution of tenant issues
• Develop networks and identify new business opportunities to enhance mall attractiveness and performance
• Oversee operational activities including building management, security, housekeeping, customer service, marketing, leasing, and supporting functions
• Ensure all mall activities comply with SOPs, company policies, safety aspects, and applicable regulations
• Monitor and evaluate unit/departmental performance and achievement of mall targets
• Identify operational and business risks and develop appropriate mitigation measures
• Lead, direct, and develop the team to achieve company targets
• Prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations to management

About you

• Minimum S1 education, preferably in Management, Business, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in mall/property management at managerial level
• Experience in mall operational management and business development
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and risk management capabilities
• Experience and capability in tenant negotiation and relationship management
• Extensive business network to support mall development and performance improvement
• Strategic, creative, and innovative thinking with attention to detail and results orientation
• Ability to direct, develop, and coordinate teams effectively
• Willing to be placed at Cinere Mall
