To Develop operational strategies aligned in alignment with the company’s goal

2 To Collaborate with cross-functional teams and define long-term goals and growth opportunities

3 To Monitor the various departments of the operations including ● Production ● Store & Inventory, ● Quality Control, ● Packing, ● Dispatch and Logistics ● Service and installations ● Maintenance

4 To Oversee the day-to-day operations of all the sub-departments of the operations

5 To Develop operational strategies to optimize the production time, reduce down and to improve the output efficiency

6 To Manage the Procurement of the Raw materials, other competent and parts needed as per the requirements and discuss with the purchase team for purchase.

7 To Negotiate, build, and maintain relationships with the suppliers for smooth day-to-day operations by timely delivery and maintaining cost-effectiveness

8 To Optimize store and inventory levels and streamline the production and procurement operations accordingly

9 To Ensure that Quality standards are being maintained at all stages of the production

10 To Develop initiatives to improve product quality to increase customer satisfaction Page

11 To Monitor the product packing process and strategies to ensure product safety and cost reduction, efficiency improvement of the packing team

12 To Optimize the processing time of the Dispach and logistic team to improve efficiency

13 To work closely with the delivery and logistic partners so the delivery time can be improved

14 To Ensure the accurate and earliest time installation of the products is done and usage explanation has been done properly to the customers

15 To Ensure that the service requests of the customers are being dealt with at the earliest possible time, in turn improving the customer satisfaction rate

16 To Ensure that machines and equipment are maintained regularly to reduce the breakdown time and machine failures

17 To Lead all sub-teams of the operations and provide them with mentorship and motivation as needed

18 To Nurture Accountability, Teamwork, Innovations, and skills by organizing training programs regularly

19 To Collaborate with the cross-functional team Including Accounts, HR, and Purchase for smooth day-to-day production

20 To Collaborate with the New Product Development(NPD)/R&D team to new features and technologies into the chapati-making machines

21 To stay up to date with industry trends to advancement to maintain a competitive edge in the market

22 To Collaborate with the cross-functional team to understand the customer needs and expectations, and align the processes of operations to fulfill customer needs and meet the customer expectations, to improve brand reputations and customer satisfaction

23 To Ensure compliance with all the industry regulations and safety standards for the manufacturing industry

24 To Ensure compliance with Industry specific licenses, certifications, and quality standards concerning the manufacturing industry operations

Education

Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or Relevant field)

2 Experience

Min 8-9 years (Manufacturing Operations)

**Min 1-2 Years (Leadership Roles)

3 Technical Skills

Operations Management, Production Planning, workflow management, Resource allocation, Manufacturing Tools & Technologies, Quality control, Process Optimization, Handling downtime

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
