Job Requirements :
- 15-30 years of experience in general management or senior leadership role in a similar industry (ceramics/tiles).
- Strong background in factory operations, manufacturing operations, or plant operations.
- Proven track record of improving productivity, efficiency, and quality control through effective leadership.
