Job Title: General Manager – Service

Experience: 8–10+ years in automobile service, preferably in a managerial role.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the overall service department operations.
• Lead and supervise service advisors, technicians, and other service staff.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely vehicle delivery.
• Monitor service revenue, productivity, and workshop performance.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve escalations.
• Ensure proper workshop operations, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Monitor spare parts availability and coordinate with the parts department.
• Achieve service targets and improve profitability.
• Maintain service records and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Mahindra service standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree or Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of workshop operations, service processes, and automobile after-sales service.
• Experience with Mahindra or other automobile dealerships will be an advantage.
