Role Lead - BSS, Integration & Architecture

Function / Department Technology - TSA

Job Purpose The Lead for BSS, Integration & Architecture governs end-to-end architecture and design for BSS systems including CRM, Billing, Integration transformation programs, ensuring all deliverables are aligned to guiding principles and programme timelines. This role also drives AI-driven capability into BSS platforms and leads application modernization with a view to enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Own end-to-end architecture and design for BSS systems including CRM and Billing transformation programs aligned to guiding principles.
• Govern CRM architecture to simplify and optimize customer experience and support digital self-service.
• Drive enabling of AI-driven capabilities into CRM and Billing platforms to enable automation and intelligence.
• Drive the strategic Integration Roadmap and Architecture for Vi
• Lead application modernization and open-source adoption across BSS and middleware layers.
• Ensure 100% participation in program forums including WSRs, workshops, and design discussions.
• Identify and escalate architecture risks and issues with recommended solutions to programme stakeholders.
• Build and maintain architecture documentation and design artefacts for all transformation deliverables.

• BSS Architecture (CRM, Billing, Charging, OMS)
• Integration Architecture (API Gateway, ESB, Event Stream)
• AI/ML Integration Patterns
• Open-Source Technology Stack
• Telecom Domain Knowledge (TM Forum, ETSI frameworks)

Years Of Working Experience

• Minimum 10 years total with at least 6 years in BSS architecture, CRM/Billing platform design, and middleware integration.

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications Minimum Education Qualification B.E./B.Tech — Computer Science, Electronics, or Telecommunications. MBA or M.Tech preferred.
