GM- US Payroll Shared Services

Job Summary:

Lead a 150+ member delivery organization supporting US Payroll and Back-office Services for US clients. Drive service delivery, client success, operational excellence, P& L and business growth while partnering with US stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end US Payroll operations and large delivery teams.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery across Payroll, HR & Benefits.
• Build strong client relationships and handle senior-level escalations.
• Drive SOPs, process improvements, quality, and automation initiatives.
• Lead multi-shift operations, productivity, SLA, and P&L performance.

Requirements

• 15-20 years of experience in US Payroll, HR, Shared Services, BPM, or PEO.
• Experience managing 100+ employees.
• Strong US client-facing and offshore delivery experience.
• Any Graduate
