We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic General Manager Weaving with over 20 years of progressive experience in the weaving industry. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in operating and managing various high-speed looms including Air Jet, Tsudakoma, Toyota, and Picanol. This leadership role requires a hands-on professional who can drive production efficiency, ensure quality compliance, and lead a large team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all weaving operations, ensuring optimal performance of Air Jet, Tsudakoma, Toyota, and Picanol looms.
• Monitor daily production, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance productivity and fabric quality.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure minimal downtime and efficient loom performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards as per industry benchmarks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize weaving processes and reduce wastage.
