GMAT Instructor (GMAT Eğitmeni)

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified, motivated, and student-oriented GMAT Instructor to prepare students for the GMAT exam, which is required for admission to graduate business programs such as MBA programs.

The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver structured, goal-oriented lessons tailored to individual student needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver engaging GMAT lessons covering Quantitative Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning, and Data Insights.
• Develop customized lesson plans based on students’ proficiency levels, target scores, and learning objectives.
• Teach effective problem-solving strategies, time-management techniques, and exam-taking skills.
• Prepare students for the GMAT exam using practice tests, exercises, and relevant study materials.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Identify students’ strengths and weaknesses and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Support students in achieving their target GMAT scores within their preparation timelines.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of GMAT exam structure, question types, and preparation strategies.
• Strong command of English, particularly in academic and test-preparation contexts.
• Previous experience in GMAT preparation, test coaching, or academic instruction is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, numerical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
• Student-centered approach with strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate students, provide constructive feedback, and adapt to different learning styles.
• A relevant academic background is preferred.
• Experience with online teaching platforms and digital educational materials is an advantage.
