Roles & Responsibilities

• Handling first aid related to shop floor injuries.
• Maintaining records related to EHS & OHS.
• Taking shop floor rounds and discussing with female employees.
• Checking daily medicine stock and maintaining it as required.
• Daily coordination with tie-up hospitals, as required.
• Helping with the annual health check-up of female employees.
• Educating female employees regarding female health issues.
• Disposing of biomedical waste as per MPCB norms.
• Handling external and internal audits of the Occupational Health Center.
