Job Description

Gupta Nursing Home is looking for a dedicated and compassionate GNM Nurse to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients and assisting doctors in day-to-day clinical activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition.
• Administer medicines and injections as prescribed by the doctor.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures and treatments.
• Perform routine nursing procedures, including dressing, IV/IM injections and patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes and other documentation.
• Monitor patients and promptly report any changes in their condition.
• Assist with patient admission, discharge and transfer procedures.
• Follow infection-control, hygiene and patient-safety protocols.
• Handle basic emergency situations and assist doctors when required.
• Maintain proper handling and cleanliness of medical equipment.
• Communicate politely and professionally with patients and attendants.
• Follow nursing protocols and instructions from senior medical staff.

Eligibility

• GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) qualification from a recognized institution.
• Valid nursing registration as applicable.
• 0–3 years of experience; freshers may also apply.
• Good communication and patient-handling skills.
• Responsible, punctual and compassionate.
• Willingness to work in shifts as required.
