Go Backend Developer

We are looking for a Go Backend Developer to join a team developing cloud applications for managing Extreme Networks wireless devices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement backend features using Go

• Perform code and architectural reviews

• Contribute to requirements analysis, estimation and planning

• Help establish and improve development processes within a Scrum team

• Track requirements, deliverables and project progress

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands on backend development experience, with strong Go expertise

• Practical experience with Docker or other container technologies and Kubernetes

• Knowledge of OpenAPI and gRPC

• Experience with Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL and Redis

• Hands on experience with Apache Flink and Telegraf

• Experience with AWS, Google Cloud or Azure

• Experience building scalable and resilient distributed systems

• Strong Git and GitHub skills

• Advanced English proficiency (C1)

Nice t o have

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as TeamCity or Jenkins

• Experience working in enterprise environments

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Work model: Fully remote within Romania.
