Go Developer

The company develops digital solutions supporting travel, automotive, health, and assistance services, with a strong focus on scalable technology, real-time data, and digital customer experiences.

You’ll work on the backend of a global digital platform, building scalable, reliable microservices and real-time solutions that power customer-facing applications and integrate with core insurance and third-party systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. 5+ years of commercial software development experience
2. 3+ years of commercial Go experience
3. Higher education in Computer Science or a related field
4. Strong knowledge of Go concurrency: goroutines, channels
5. Production experience with gRPC-based microservices
6. Strong PostgreSQL skills, including schema design, query optimization and migrations
7. Hands-on experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ
8. Experience designing and implementing REST APIs
9. Unit and integration testing experience
10. Experience with Grafana and Prometheus
11. Understanding of scalable, highly available and fault-tolerant systems
12. Experience with complex integrations, preferably in FinTech, banking or other regulated industries
13. Experience with AI implementation/configuration within a development team
14. Agile/Scrum experience
15. English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
