Job Summary:
We're now accepting applications for a detail-oriented GoHighLevel Website Specialist to oversee our WordPress website and expand our GoHighLevel funnels and course platform. Responsibilities stretch from everyday site maintenance and security checks to creating landing pages and arranging course content in GoHighLevel. It suits someone technically sharp and proactive who is equally comfortable in website and CRM/funnel systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update and look after the WordPress website, including scheduling backups and carrying out routine quality checks
• Watch site security and run basic vulnerability checks
• Investigate and fix routine WordPress errors, plugin issues, and theme updates
• Upload and publish new blog posts, videos, and other website content
• Build and maintain GoHighLevel landing pages for our online course offerings
• Add and sort recorded course modules within the GoHighLevel platform
• Create and upkeep GoHighLevel automations and workflows tied to the website and course funnels
• Deliver general backend technical support to keep everything running smoothly
• Work with the team on upcoming website changes and course launches

Mandatory Skills:

• Demonstrated WordPress maintenance experience, including backups, plugin/theme updates, and troubleshooting
• Direct experience building landing pages and funnels in GoHighLevel
• Familiarity with basic website security monitoring and vulnerability checks
• Ability to upload and arrange course content inside a CRM/funnel platform
• Focused, dependable, and capable of working independently
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with online course creators or coaching businesses
• Understanding of content publishing (blog posts, embedded video)
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for custom site changes
• Background in marketing automation workflows
