GoHighLevel Virtual Assistant

Job Summary:
Make your mark as a detail-oriented GoHighLevel Website Specialist who looks after our WordPress website and builds out our GoHighLevel funnels and course platform. The work runs from routine site maintenance and security checks to building landing pages and organizing course content inside GoHighLevel. You’ll excel here if you’re technically sharp, proactive, and comfortable moving between website and CRM/funnel systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep the WordPress website maintained and updated, including scheduling backups and running routine quality checks
• Watch site security and run basic vulnerability checks
• Diagnose and fix routine WordPress errors, plugin issues, and theme updates
• Publish new blog posts, videos, and other content updates on the website
• Create and manage landing pages in GoHighLevel to support online course offerings
• Upload and arrange recorded course modules on the GoHighLevel platform
• Build and maintain GoHighLevel automations and workflows tied to the website and course funnels
• Provide general backend technical support so everything keeps running smoothly
• Coordinate on upcoming website changes and course launches

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience with WordPress maintenance, including backups, plugin/theme updates, and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience building landing pages and funnels in GoHighLevel
• Understanding of basic website security monitoring and vulnerability checks
• Ability to upload and structure course content in a CRM/funnel platform
• Dependable, sharp-eyed, and self-directed
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting online course creators or coaching businesses
• Familiarity with content publishing (blog posts, embedded video)
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for custom website tweaks
• Experience with marketing automation workflows
