JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field, preferably in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Alternatively, equivalent engineering expertise demonstrated through at least 4 years of progressive professional experience. Previous experience in a technical leadership role will be an advantage.
• Experience with one or more programming languages and technologies, particularly Golang , as well as database technologies such as SQL and PostgreSQL .
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) .
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs .
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable code and libraries for future use.
• Create and maintain Technical Requirement Documentation (TRD) and continuously improve code quality.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and UI/UX designs.
• Estimate story points, development effort, and project timelines.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
• Continuously improve the efficiency, scalability, reliability, and performance of systems.
• Review and enforce security best practices across internal and external services.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure an efficient, scalable, and well-structured product architecture.
• Take initiative and work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Design and implement new features for user-facing applications.
• Write clean, readable, testable, and maintainable code following best engineering practices.
• Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Integrate with external partners and develop APIs for external services.
• Develop scalable, efficient, and secure web-based applications and features.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, modern development tools, and industry best practices, while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
