Additional Information

*The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Alpharetta, GA is $110K - $115K/year & benefits (see below)

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivate d GoLang Develop er to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Go programming, microservices architecture, cloud-native development, and distributed systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions that support business-critical applications .

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications usi ng Go (Golan g).
• Build scalable and high-performance backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Develop and maintain microservices-based architectures.
• Work with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to define technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Integrate with databases, messaging systems, and third-party APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and technical design discussions.
• Ensure application security, compliance, and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience w ith GoLang (Gola ng).
• Experience develop ing REST APIs and backend services.
• Solid understanding of Microservices Architec ture.
• Experience w ith Do cker and containerization technologies.
• Knowledge of Kubern etes and container orchestration.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, M ySQL, or NoSQL databases l ike MongoDB, Cassa ndra.
• Understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and multithreading concepts.
• Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Acti veMQ.
• Familiarity w ith Git, version control, and branching strategies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure De vOps.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented principles.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and automated deployment practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building cloud-native applications.
• Exposure to service mesh technologies such as Istio.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
• Knowledge of observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk.
• Certification in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, or cloud technologies.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
