*Hiring: Loan Manager

*Location:* Delhi NCR, Indore, Mumbai, Surat, Chennai, Hyderabad & Pune

*Job Type:* Full-Time | On-Rolls

*Job Responsibilities:*

• Acquire gold loan customers through field visits and doorstep services.

• Evaluate gold ornaments and verify customers’ KYC documents.

• Process and ensure timely loan disbursement.

• Generate leads through existing customers and referrals.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth.

• Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business.

• Travel within the assigned territory to meet customers.

• Coordinate with internal teams for customer support and grievance resolution.

*Eligibility Criteria:*

• Graduate in any stream.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Gold Loan Sales or Gold Valuation.

• Prior experience in NBFCs or financial services will be an advantage.

• Good communication and sales skills.

• Comfortable with fieldwork, doorstep customer visits and gold evaluation.

• Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
