Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct gold loan audits at assigned branches to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Verify physical security of gold ornaments, documents, and cash handling procedures.
• Review branch operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues related to loan processing, documentation, and customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of audit findings, recommendations, and follow-up actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in auditing or a related field (gold loan industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of statutory audit principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Effective communication skills with ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
