Golf Attendant

Duties

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive, providing information about course rules, facilities, and upcoming events
• Pick the range balls
• Assist with tee time reservations, check-ins, and processing cash transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of golf carts, equipment areas, and surrounding outdoor spaces
• Manage guest inquiries and resolve conflicts promptly to ensure a positive experience for all visitors
• Support event management activities such as tournaments or special outings by coordinating logistics and assisting participants
• Enforce safety protocols including manual handling procedures, safety signage, and emergency response plans such as CPR or first aid when needed
• Assist with outdoor maintenance tasks like heavy lifting, manual handling of equipment, or setting up event spaces in accordance with safety standards

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Experience in events management or coordinating outdoor activities is highly desirable
• Ability to handle conflict effectively while maintaining professionalism
• First aid and CPR certification to respond confidently in emergencies
• Previous experience working with children or in hospitality environments enhances guest interactions
• Knowledge of retail sales, cash handling, processing transactions through POS systems
• Comfort with outdoor work environments including heavy lifting and manual handling tasks
• Excellent communication skills for public speaking and guest engagement
• Experience in food service or resort settings adds value to guest support efforts
• Familiarity with safety protocols related to outdoor activities and event venues such as lifeguard experience or theater experience
