The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Golf Coach / Teaching Professional to join our team full-time. You will deliver high-quality individual and group instruction, refine players' techniques, and foster a positive, engaging learning environment. This is a client-facing role—you will work closely with diverse demographics, including beginner golfers, female players, and regional client groups requiring clear instructional guidance.

What You'll Do

• Instruction & Coaching: Conduct one-on-one and group golf lessons, specialized clinics, and junior/ladies' development programs tailored to various skill levels.
• Game Analysis & Swing Mechanics: Utilize swing analysis tools (e.g., TrackMan, FlightScope, video software) to diagnose swing mechanics, course management, and short-game techniques.
• Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to students, including regional clients who require instruction delivered in Thai or Vietnamese.
• Clinic & Event Execution: Assist in planning and executing corporate golf clinics, social academy tournaments, and junior camps.
• Academy Operations: Ensure coaching bays, equipment, and training facilities are well-maintained and adhere to safety standards.

What We're Looking For

• Certification: Certified Golf Teaching Professional (e.g., PGA certification, LPGA certification, or recognized national golf association certification).
• Experience: Proven experience in golf coaching, golf instruction, or competitive playing. Experience conducting specialized coaching programs for female golfers or youth players is highly advantageous.
• Language Proficiency: Strong command of English. Proficiency in Thai or Vietnamese is required to effectively instruct and communicate with regional client groups who primarily communicate in these languages.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with golf technology (launch monitors, video analysis tools) and modern teaching methodologies.
• Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication, patience, and customer service orientation to build rapport with academy members.

Working Arrangement

• In-person coaching at academy facilities and designated golf courses across Singapore.
• Weekend and evening coaching shifts required based on lesson schedules.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and certifications. We will have a direct conversation about structured commission schemes, performance incentives, and base remuneration based on your background.
