Golf Course Groundskeeper

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of our outdoor spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to quality golf turf care and landscape maintenance, ensuring that all grounds are kept in pristine condition.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and fertilizing to maintain healthy grass.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
• Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees through pruning, weeding, and mulching.
• Irrigate gardens and landscapes as needed to ensure proper hydration of plants.
• Assist in landscape maintenance projects such as planting new flowers or trees.
• Clear debris from walkways, parking lots, and other outdoor areas to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Monitor the health of plants and landscapes, reporting any issues or concerns to management.

Experience

• Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with lawn care techniques and equipment operation is a plus.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and garden maintenance practices is advantageous.
• A strong work ethic with attention to detail is essential for success in this role.

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
