As a Golf Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-level instruction and golf club fitting to our valued customers. Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized golf instruction to players of all skill levels.
• Drive sales by effectively promoting golf packages and memberships.
• Conduct thorough golf club fittings tailored to the individual needs of customers.
• Utilize expertise and knowledge of golf equipment to recommend appropriate products to customers.
• Actively engage with customers to understand their goals and preferences, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in golf technology.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in golf club fitting and instruction.
• Strong knowledge of golf equipment and technology.
• Proven sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Highly motivated with a drive to succeed.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Willingness to continuously learn and grow within the company.
