Golf Range Employee

Position: General Employee – Indoor Golf Facility

About the Position:

We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and motivated individual to join our team at Evolution Sportsplex's indoor golf driving range. The General Employee will help with daily facility operations, customer service, cleanliness, and maintaining a welcoming environment for golfers of all skill levels.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and is willing to assist with a variety of tasks to ensure our facility runs smoothly and provides an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide a friendly and welcoming experience.
• Assist customers with check-in, reservations, payments, and general facility information.
• Help customers get started in hitting bays.
• Maintain clean, organized, and presentable hitting bays, seating areas, restrooms, and common areas.
• Collect, organize, and restock golf balls, clubs, tees, and other equipment as needed.
• Monitor hitting bays and report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or maintenance issues.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including preparing the facility for daily operations.
• Work with team members to ensure the facility operates efficiently and customers have an enjoyable experience.
• Perform other general duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with light physical work, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting supplies.
• Interest in golf is a plus, but prior golf experience is not required.

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
