All Seasons Golf designs and builds custom golf simulator spaces for luxury homes, businesses, golf clubs and other commercial properties throughout Minnesota and the Midwest. Since our founding, we have completed more than 300 golf simulator installations and become a trusted partner to many of the region’s leading custom homebuilders, remodelers, architects and designers. We are growing our installation team and looking for an experienced, dependable craftsperson who takes pride in producing exceptional work. This is a full-time, year-round position for someone who enjoys construction, technology, problem-solving and seeing a high-quality project come together.

The Position

As a Golf Simulator Installer, you will work alongside an experienced installation team to build complete golf simulator spaces in both new construction and finished homes. Our projects combine finish construction, artificial turf, specialty wall systems and golf technology. The work is primarily indoors and requires careful execution, professionalism and respect for the customer’s home or property. Typical installation work includes:

• Installing custom impact screens and enclosure systems
• Installing artificial turf and hitting surfaces
• Building and installing padded wall and ceiling systems
• Installing acoustic panels and specialty wall finishes
• Mounting projectors, monitors and golf technology
• Setting up computers, launch monitors and simulator equipment
• Performing light framing, finish carpentry and trim work
• Reviewing project plans, measurements and installation specifications
• Testing and completing finished systems before customer turnover
• Maintaining clean, organized and professional job sites

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in carpentry, remodeling, flooring, construction, AV installation or a related trade
• Comfortable using power tools and standard construction equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read measurements and follow project plans
• Resourceful when conditions in the field require a thoughtful solution
• Dependable, hardworking and able to contribute as part of a team
• Professional and respectful when working around customers, builders and other trades
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and carry construction materials and equipment
• Willingness to travel occasionally for projects outside the Twin Cities

Helpful Experience

Experience in any of the following is especially valuable:

• Finish carpentry
• Artificial turf or flooring installation
• Framing and drywall
• Audio/video or low-voltage systems
• Computers and technology
• High-end residential construction
• Golf or golf simulator technology

You do not need previous golf simulator installation experience. We will teach the right person our systems, products and installation methods.

Schedule and Location

• Full-time
• Primarily Monday through Friday
• Based in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul metro area
• Projects throughout Minnesota and occasionally neighboring states
• Occasional overtime, early starts and overnight travel may be required
