Golf Simulator Installer

Golf2U is a golf simulator installation company and retailer with a regional locations in Florida and New Jersey. We sell and install golf simulators. As our business has seen huge growth in the past two years, we are looking to carry that momentum by hiring an installer in a region that we are not currently in. This job posting focuses specifically on the Southeastern US starting in Virginia, going down to Georgia.

Areas you will cover: Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia

Responsibilities:

• You will be required to handle the entire sales process from start to finish. This includes but is not limited to a discovery call, a proposal, and any subsequent calls with the customer pre-sale. You can structure your sales process how you see fit, however, we will give you a general structure based on what has worked for us.
• You will be required to complete the entire install
• Conduct site visits when possible/when necessary
• Coordinate with contractors prior to the install when necessary (electricians/GC’s)
• You will be required to purchase all of the required install materials from us. We have access to every brand of launch monitor/screen/type of simulator.
• You’re expected to complete a minimum of two installs per month.

What we will provide:

• 20 new leads per month: Based on our conversion rate over the last 2 years, 4 or 5 of which will convert to installs. This will be a mix of enclosures and custom installs
• Our website and brand name: We have a fully built out website, with customer reviews, a gallery of installation pictures and a fully functioning ecommerce store. We have brand recognition and a well oiled marketing machine that is guaranteed to provide you with a high quality and quantity of leads.
• Full training on how to complete the install: we will train you on all of the different systems that we install and provide the necessary support to ensure that you are fully capable of doing the install.

What we are looking for

• Someone who is independent and self sufficient
• Someone who is extremely motivated to become successful
• Someone who is articulate, persuasive and has some sort of sales background
• Someone with experience installing golf simulators or at least some sort of construction or AV experience
• Someone who has experience managing projects
• Someone who is organized
• Someone who is tech-savvy

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
