Summary

The Ranger position provides customer service that is central to GolfCave customers’ experience from the beginning to the end of their visit. Rangers sell memberships, register new customers, book tee times, prepare Caves for customers, and keep the facility clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers
• Answer and return phone calls; assist with customer inquiries
• Book and manage tee times, with a focus on upselling opportunities
• Sell memberships
• Promote and sell gift cards and seasonal promotions
• Prep Caves before each session and assist customers as needed during their visit
• Troubleshoot simulator issues as needed
• Stay knowledgeable about all current promotions and share with customers
• Open and close the facility according to procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of Caves, bathrooms, and common areas throughout shift

What We’re Looking For

• Experience / knowledge in the game of golf is preferred
• Friendly and reliable
• Comfort with technology (training on Trackman provided)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.49 per hour
