Goods In Operative

Working alongside a wide range of pharmaceutical manufacturers, we provide storage and distribution services to wholesalers, pharmacies, GP surgeries, and hospitals nationwide.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking to expand our Warehouse team and are seeking a Goods In Operative to join us.

Role & Responsibilities

• Pick and pack products, ensuring a consistently high level of accuracy
• Receive, check, and store goods in line with GDP regulations
• Learn and adhere to all relevant SOPs following training, ensuring full compliance with operational procedures
• Maintain high standards of customer service through accurate picking, packing, and dispatch
• Work safely and in accordance with Health & Safety policies and procedures
• Carry out routine stock checks
• Use scanners to read and process barcodes
• Perform cleaning duties to maintain cleanroom standards
• Undertake any other duties as required by the Warehouse Manager

Person Specification

• Counterbalance forklift licence – Preferred
• A willingness to learn all aspects of warehouse operations
• High level of accuracy, numeracy, and literacy
• Strong communication skills
• Computer literate and confident using technology
• A positive, “can-do” attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
• Punctual, organised, and hardworking
