Job Title: Google Ads Specialist

Location:Islamabad / Rawalpindi (On-site)

Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and lead generation campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max, App Campaigns)

• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting

• Write compelling ad copies and manage bidding strategies to achieve best ROI

• Manage Google Merchant Center and Conversion Tracking (GTM, GA4)

• Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven decisions

• Optimize landing pages and Quality Score

• Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with insights

• Stay updated with latest Google Ads trends, updates & policies

• Collaborate with design and content team for ad creatives

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of proven experience as Google Ads Specialist / PPC Expert

• Google Ads Certification will be a plus

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, and Google Merchant Center

• Hands-on experience with conversion tracking and remarketing

• Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with data (Excel / Google Sheets)

• Understanding of SEO and Facebook Ads is a plus

• Ability to manage large budgets and deliver ROI

• Good communication and reporting skills .
