Google Ads & Meta Ads Expert

Dexora Digital is looking for a Google Ads & Meta Ads Expert to join our team in Sabzazar, Multan. The ideal candidate can plan, launch, manage, and improve paid advertising campaigns that generate relevant leads and measurable results for clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram
• Conduct keyword and audience research for different client businesses
• Create and optimize Search, Display, and remarketing campaigns where appropriate
• Write ad copy and coordinate with the design team on ad creatives
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking, including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel
• Manage campaign budgets, bids, targeting, and performance
• Test ads, audiences, and landing pages to improve results
• Review leads and campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Prepare clear performance reports and explain results to the team
• Work with web development, design, and SEO teams on campaign landing pages

Requirements

• 3–4 years of professional experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and budget management
• Experience with conversion tracking and performance reporting
• Ability to analyze metrics such as cost per lead, conversion rate, and return on ad spend
• Good written English for ad copy and reporting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts
• A portfolio or examples of campaigns you have managed
