Google Ads & PPC Specialist - Remote First Setup

We’re looking for an experienced Google Ads & PPC Specialist to join our growing digital advertising team. In this role, you’ll manage and optimize paid search campaigns, analyze performance data, and turn insights into actionable strategies that drive results.

What You'll Do?

• Manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns, including Search and Performance Max (PMAX)
• Monitor campaign performance, make ongoing optimizations, and ensure KPIs and performance goals are met
• Analyze campaign data and create clear, insightful performance reports and analytics summaries
• Use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Partner with internal teams to support performance marketing initiatives and campaign goals
• Contribute to a data-driven, performance-focused environment

This is a non-client-facing role.

What We Are Looking For?

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns end-to-end, particularly Search and Performance Max (PMAX)
• Intermediate knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Strong analytical skills with a background in performance marketing
• Excellent written communication skills, particularly in preparing reports, analysis, and performance insights
• Reliable internet connection and willingness to work night shift aligned with US hours

Good to have:

• Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Usermaven or similar analytics, reporting, and ticketing tools
