Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Expert to join our team for a full-time, on-site night shift position. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, optimizing performance, and generating quality leads while maintaining strong campaign efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Manage Search, Performance Max, Display, and Call campaigns
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Create effective ad copy and campaign structures
• Monitor CPC, CTR, conversions, CPA, ROAS, and other key metrics
• Optimize bids, budgets, keywords, audiences, and targeting
• Identify and add negative keywords
• Troubleshoot campaign and conversion-tracking issues
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports
• Follow Google Ads policies and resolve ad disapprovals
• Continuously test and improve campaign performance

Requirements

• Practical experience with Google Ads
• Strong understanding of Google Search Ads and lead-generation campaigns
• Knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization
• Understanding of GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
• Good English communication skills
• Previous agency experience is a plus
• Google Ads certification is a plus

• Employment: Full-Time
• Working Days: 6 days per week
• Salary: 50,000 per month, based on experience and skills
