Google Ads Manager

Job Summary:
We're seeking a seasoned Google Ads Virtual Assistant to run and optimize paid search accounts for several businesses across our network. You'll own campaign performance from start to finish — driving down cost per lead, lifting conversion value, and making certain every ad dollar pulls its weight. This is a practical role for someone who's happy living inside ad accounts, trialling changes, and explaining outcomes in plain language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run and optimize Google Ads accounts for several businesses at once
• Keep a regular eye on account performance and tune bids, budgets, and keywords to lift results
• Lift conversion value by sharpening targeting, ad copy, and landing page alignment
• Follow cost per lead, conversion rate, and return on ad spend for every account
• Carry out keyword research to surface new opportunities and cut wasted spend
• Draft, test, and refine ad copy, headlines, and ad extensions
• Configure and confirm conversion tracking for calls, form submissions, and bookings
• Raise account issues, policy warnings, or budget problems straight away
• Produce clear, easy-to-digest performance reports on a steady schedule

Mandatory Skills:

• Demonstrated, practical experience running Google Ads accounts
• Capacity to handle several ad accounts concurrently without slipping on accuracy
• Firm grasp of conversion tracking and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or call tracking software
• Strong written English for reporting and ad copy creation
• Ease working with performance data and turning it into clear recommendations
• Dependable, precise, and capable of working with minimal oversight
• Strong communication skills, with the knack for explaining results simply
• Stable internet connection and a capable computer

Preferred Skills:

• Google Ads certification
• Background running ads for local service businesses (home services, moving, cleaning, and similar)
• Working familiarity with Google Local Service Ads
• Exposure to Google Tag Manager, CallRail, or comparable call tracking tools
• Capacity to run multiple projects concurrently and prioritize across accounts
