What they need
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager, Google Ads who will play a crucial role in driving our global paid acquisition strategies. You are a hands-on performance marketer to own paid media in the Google ecosystem (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display)
- You’ll run campaigns day-to-day, manage budgets, and make the spend work harder
- Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display)
- Own channel budgets and forecasts; manage to CAC, ROAS, and efficiency targets
- Allocate spend across markets, channels, and audiences to balance growth and efficiency
- Work with Analytics on measurement, incrementally, and attribution—and turn the results into action
- Constantly test new hypotheses, tactics, and partnerships that unlock scalable growth- This is an IC role for someone who’s equal parts strategic and operational, and who lets data drive the decisions
- 3+ years in performance/growth marketing with a track record of measurable results managing large budgets
- Use AI tools fluently in your daily work, held to the same quality bar as your own
- Solid grasp of attribution, experimentation, and conversion optimization
- Deep hands-on experience managing paid media budgets in Google shopping Ads
- Comfort building forecasts, managing budgets, and explaining business impact to senior stakeholders
- Thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a high degree of ownership
- Strong analytical chops—you use data to decide, measure, and prioritize
