Google Ads Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Manager with 3-5 yrs of experience to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads. The candidate will be responsible for improving campaign performance, driving quality traffic and leads, and ensuring efficient utilization of advertising budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience targeting, and campaign planning.
• Monitor and optimize CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
• Create and test ad copies, extensions, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing-page requirements.
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Ads.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Manage advertising budgets and identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.
• Continuously test new strategies, keywords, creatives, and targeting options to improve performance.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
