The Role

We’re looking for a Google Ads Specialist who understands performance beyond campaign setup.

You will manage and scale Google Ads accounts with a strong focus on:

• ROAS & profitability
• Lead quality
• Conversion tracking accuracy

This role is ideal for someone who wants ownership, impact, and growth , not just execution.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, build & optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, PMax, YouTube)
• Take ownership of account performance (ROAS, CPA, Lead Quality)
• Analyze data and make strategic decisions (not just platform optimizations)
• Collaborate on conversion tracking setups (GTM, GA4)
• Identify growth opportunities across accounts
• Communicate directly with clients in a clear and structured way

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts with real budgets & measurable results
• Strong understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CVR)
• Experience with GA4 & reporting (Looker Studio is a plus)
• Solid knowledge of campaign structure, bidding strategies & optimization logic
• Ability to analyze data and think strategically
• Strong communication skills (Greek & English)

Must-Have Skills

• Google Ads (Search & Performance Max experience required)
• Google Tag Manager (basic to intermediate level)
• GA4 (events, conversions, reporting)
• Experience working in an agency or multi-account environment (MCC)

Nice to Have

• Experience with eCommerce accounts & product feeds
• Basic understanding of server-side tracking or enhanced conversions
• CRO mindset (landing page & funnel thinking)
• Familiarity with Google Ads Editor for bulk campaign management
