About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for our herbal and supplements brand. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Google Ads, lead generation, e-commerce advertising, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and build targeted ad campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Write and optimize compelling ad copy that drives qualified traffic and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and reduce customer acquisition costs.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and related tools.
• Conduct A/B testing of ads, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Analyze campaign data and provide regular performance reports and recommendations.
• Research competitors and identify new opportunities for customer acquisition.
• Work closely with the marketing, content, and sales teams to align campaigns with promotional objectives.
• Ensure advertising campaigns comply with Google Ads policies, particularly regulations relating to health, herbal, and supplement products.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven experience generating leads, sales, or measurable business growth through paid advertising.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with keyword research, audience targeting, remarketing, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of landing-page optimization and conversion funnels.
• Experience in the health, wellness, herbal, supplements, beauty, or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Google Ads certification is an added advantage.

• Lead and/or sales volume generated from Google Ads.
• Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
• Conversion rate.
• Click-through rate (CTR).
• Cost per click (CPC).
• Overall campaign profitability and growth.
